Neuro-House is the binder for your house. It is for the plumber, the pet sitter, the overnight guest, and anyone else who needs to know how your place works. You only add the rooms this house actually has. A cabin, an apartment, and a house with a well do not get the same form. What you can keep: • Address and layout, with a photo if you have one • Keys, gate, and garage • Alarm: the code, how to turn it off, what the beeping means • Parking, bins, and pickup day • Routines, in the order you actually do them • Shutoffs you name yourself, with a photo of the panel or the valve • Wi-Fi, plus what to try if it dies • People to call, pets, appliances, and papers Finished notes show up as a card. Open it and it is read-only, so you do not change something by accident. Hit Edit only when you mean to. Each card can make its own QR. You pick what that code includes. A worker can get the shutoff and not the pet schedule. A visitor can get the address and Wi-Fi and not the alarm. Wi-Fi also has its own code, just the network and password, unless you added what to do when it is down. The QR is words. Photos stay on your phone. There is a Hand the phone screen when someone standing there needs to see the breaker or the layout. Take the phone back when they are done. Nothing is uploaded. It stays on this phone unless you show a code or export a backup. Backup and restore are a file you keep. Not a smart-home remote. Not a shared account. One phone, your house, the notes you chose to write.
